NeverMiss AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service designed specifically for HVAC and plumbing companies. Our service includes automated call answering, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and related features. The service operates 24/7 and is intended to help local service businesses manage incoming customer communications.
3. Account Registration
To use NeverMiss AI, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Billing
NeverMiss AI operates on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NeverMiss AI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our system or networks.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
